Filter Integrity Ltd are pleased to announce that we are certified by WQA Ltd to both ISO 9001:2015 for ‘Distribution, Maintenance and Technical Consultancy of Filtration and Aerosol Science Equipment‘ and to ISO 14001:2015 for ‘Environmental Management Systems‘.
FIL has operated since 2010 with written operational guidelines, but this year resolved to move to formally audited processes. As a SME we identified local consultant Scott Naisbett of ISO Systems UK who took us through the documentation and certification process, effectively acting as our QA Department. Scott proved to be a true implementer rather than simply a consultant, who got us here within 3 months from starting the project.
We now have in place a certified, flexible, integrated management system, to suit a small and reactive, science-based operation, which in addition helps address our determination to deal with the increasingly important environmental impacts associated with our business.
