The MFP Nano plus is specially designed for clear, fast and reproducible determination of the fraction separation efficiency in a size range from 20 nm to 1 µm and of the pressure loss in a pressure range of up to 5000 Pa. The individual components used for generation of the aerosols for salt and DEHS with the UGF 2000, for aerosol measurement with the Palas® U-SMPS 2050 and for aerosol dilution by means of the moveable dilution cascades with dilution factors of 10, 100, 1,000 or 10,000 are clearly characterized and optimally fine-tuned to each other. As a result, the MFP Nano plus offers unrivalled flexibility for different testing requirements in relation to the inflow speed, the measurement time, the test procedure and the evaluation parameters during quality assurance and the development of filter media. Reliable measurement results and the simple operation guarantee cost-effective characterization of the filter media in accordance with the standards and the customer's requirements. Quality assurance requirements in accordance with ISO 29463 and EN 1822 are exceeded with the MFP Nano plus.
