The BEG 3000 adds to the takes the proven capability of the BEG 2000 and adds a large hopper and feed system for automatic refill of the dust reservoir in the dosing unit. This allows the continuous testing over longer test intervals or for higher loading conditions.

The system operates using a balance to continuously monitor the weight the dosing unit. The balance is connected via a serial interface to touchscreen PC and the data analysed and reported. The quantity of powder dispersed is therefore continuously monitored and can be adjusted automatically by the system as required. As the dosing unit becomes depleted, the system can activate the refill unit to bring the dust reservoir back to its full state.

The BEG 3000 is offered in two ranges and has the sensitivity for low mass flows with the BEG 3000 A (from 8 g/h) and for high mass flows with the BEG 3000 B (upto 6 kg/h).

Due to the selection and design of components used in the reservoir, the flat conveyor belt and the special ejector dispersion nozzle, the BEG 3000 supplies a finely dispersed aerosol with highest dosing constancy and can operate continuously and automatically for test durations of several days.
