The BEG 2000 takes the proven capability of the BEG 1000 and adds a mass flow control module with a touchscreen PC operator interface for automatic mass flow control.

The system operates by using a balance to continuously weigh the dosing unit. The balance is connected via a serial interface to touchscreen PC and the data analysed and reported. The quantity of powder dispersed is therefore continuously monitored and can be adjusted automatically by the system as required.

The BEG 2000 is offered in two ranges and has the sensitivity for low mass flows with the BEG 2000 A (from 8 g/h) and for high mass flows with the BEG 2000 B (upto 6 kg/h).

Due to the selection and design of components used in the reservoir, the flat conveyor belt and the special ejector dispersion nozzle, the BEG 2000 supplies a finely dispersed aerosol with highest dosing constancy.
